About Summer
With more than 7 years in legal, Summer accepted a position working with a AZ Commercial Retail Developer after graduating college in 2000. She continued to work in Commercial Real Estate development, acquisitions, and asset management through 2016.
Summer relocated to Augusta in 2015. She obtained her GA and SC Real Estate licenses and began working more extensively in residential real estate. Summer works primarily with out of state investors acquiring, renovating, and renting homes in Augusta, GA. Augusta is a unique market, the homes surrounding its urban core were originally constructed in the early 1900's. These homes are in desperate need of revitalization, including adding central air, and removing plaster walls, however, the bones of these homes remain sturdy today and are a great foundation for your investment. Many locals have avoided investing in this area, due to longer construction plan approvals required and historical preservation requirements.
Revitalizing the residential community in and around Augusta's Downtown has been the focal point of interest for Summer. Summer attributes her success in real estate acquisitions, sales, development, and market revitalization to her legal background and degree in economics.
